Terms

*Cash, good check or most major credit cards.

*Buyer’s not known by auctioneer will need a bank letter of credit to write checks.

*Items must be paid in full at completion of auction on same day!!

*Items may be added or deleted, any disputes will be settled by auctioneer.

*Items purchased must be removed in 2 days after auction.

*Items not picked up will be subject to storage charge or disposed of at auctioneers’ discretion.

*Absentee bids are welcome if arrangements are made in written form before auction.

*Auctioneer not responsible for accidents or guarantee’s made by consignors.

*Auctioneer reserves the right to bid on consignors behalf.

*Auction day announcements take precedence overall

advertising.

*13% buyer’s fee and 6% sales tax
